Essay

In dissertation research on the basis of materials of the Ukrainian pedagogical periodicals the integral analysis of theoretical and practical questions of preparation of teacher to the professional activity in 20th - at the beginning of 30th of XX century are carried out. A general array of pedagogical magazines of the explored period is systematized; the history, becoming stages and context of the magazines „Shlyah osvity", „Radyanska osvita", „Osvita Donbasy", newspaper „Narodny uchytel" and other are considered. Pedagogical conceptions of professional perfection of teacher that discussed on the pages of pedagogical press are analysed; introduction of psychotechnic approach and SOW to that time school as basis of pedagogical experiment and research activity of teachers is considered; the method of study, systematization and distribution of pedagogical experience in materials of teachers-correspondents and teachers-methodists, that had a practical value for preparation of teacher is discovered; the tendencies of pedagogical discussions in a press as a leading mean of illumination and working out problems of schools next to bringing in of leading foreign specialists are found out.
