Dochynets N. Organizational and eeconomic bases of protection of consumers’ interests

Object: the system of defence of interests of users in Ukraine. Aim: theoretical-methodological ground of organizational-economic bases of the system of defence of interests of users and suggestions on perfection of regional consumer policy in the conditions of construction of the socially oriented market economy. Methods: system, expert estimations, sociological questioning, cluster analysis. Results: the complex estimation of territorial features of consumerism is first offered, the tool of researches of institutional, structural and organizational aspects of becoming of the system of consumerism is improved. Use: in activity of Zakarpattya Regional State Administration, Zakarpattya Regional Rule in Matters of Defence of Rights for Users.
