The object is professional self-estimate as professionally important characteristic of professional activity subject; purpose - goal is to find possibilities to use judges professional self-estimate when forecasting their professional success. This goal is to be achieved on the basis of professional self-estimate psycholocal determinants essenses relevation; methods - analysis and systematization of research material in scientific sources, document analysis, analytical professiogramm, expert estimate, psycho-diagnostics methods, quantitative and qualitative data processing methods; novelty - scheme of professional self-estimate determination is defined for the first time, conceptions about professional self-estimate structure are broadened, differences in influence among determinants of about professional self-estimate are discovered, differentiation of professional self-estimate components between successful and rather unsuccessful judes is revealed; results of dissertation are used when conducting seminars in Ukrainian Academy of Judes, and in specialist preparation process on psychology faculty of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko university; it is psychology of labour, the engineering psychology.
