Talat H. Comparative pharmacological analysis of immunotropic properties of row of the antibacterial preparations used by pulmonary tuberculosis

Dissertation is devoted to the comparative analysis of influencing of antituberculous preparations (kanamycin, rifampicin, rifabutin, ofloxacin, izoniazid) on the immune system of experimental animals (guinea-pigs, rats) and people with the infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis. The row of immunological tests was carry out: determination of fagocitic activity of neutrofil, NSТ-test, determination of the LZHL, V- and T-limfocyts levels, СD-markers. We fixed, that less suppress immunity of animals rifabutin and ofloxacin. The clinical researches conducted in people with infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis, confirmed results with animals. Also was carry out experiments on guinea-pigs. Them prescribed combinations of preparations. The application of izoniazid with ofloxacin and rifabutin have immunotropic activity. Thus, the inclusion of ofloxacin and rifabutin in the charts of medical treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis was save of immune properties of human and animal organism.
