Object of research: regulation of social - labour relations in national economy. The purpose of dissertational work is improvement of theoretical bases, development of scientific - methodical and scientific - practical recommendations on formation of the mechanism of regulation of social - labour relations in national economy. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge and general scientific methods of knowledge: a method of the systemic-functional analysis, the abstract - logic analysis, classification, a method of the system analysis, the comparative analysis and lines of dynamics. Theoretical results: will consist in development of a complex of theoretical, scientific - methodical and scientific - practical recommendations on improvement of system of regulation of social - labour relations in national economy. Practical results: theoretical generalizations, conclusions and offers which contain in the dissertation will be, that, can be used by development of directions of improvement of regulation of social - labour relations in Ukraine, actions on increase of productivity of interaction of employers and employed workers, efficiency of labour activity on нано-and microequal. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the system approach to regulation of social - labour relations in national economy is developed; are advanced: the mechanism system of interaction of firms and домохозяйств in national economy; principles of regulation of social - labour relations on the basis of social partnership; approaches to creation of democratic model of regulation of social - labour relations in national economy on the basis of association of mechanisms of economic, social, organizational regulation with use of a flexible state policy; have received the further development: classification of social - labour relations; theoretical approaches on regulation of social - labour relations by means of definition of priorities of a legal policy. Degree of introduction: results of research are used in practical activities of the Southern Interdistrict Center of Employment, Melitopol the Regional Center of Employment, and also results of work are used in educational process of Classical Private University (Zaporozhye).
