Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the study of the effect of Cerebrolysin, Propesum (similar formulation preparations) and 10 % methyluracil ointment (compare preparation) on long healing wound process course. It was established experimentally that 10 % methyluracil ointment has wound healing activity, but it is insufficiently effective. The preparations "Cerebrolysin" and "Propesum" were more effective than 10 % methyluracil ointment under long healing wound process treatment independently of the route of introduction. The paravulnar introduction of Cerebrolysin and Propesum has more effective wound healing activity than intramuscular route. This was cleared up by oxidant-antioxidant normalization, decreasing of proinflammatory cytokines expression, enhancement of wound defect epithelization, utilization of necrotic collagen, synthesis of new collagen and rising of angiogenesis. Unidirectionality of this preparations' action was accompanied by lagging of Cerebrolysin in comparison with Propesum action. Usingof Cerebrolysin and Propesum for long healing wound treatment is a solution of actual problem of modern pharmacology.
