Trofimova T. Experimental research of the thiotriazolinum efficacy in terms оf doxorubicin cardiomyopathy

It was established in the investigation that at brain circulation Thesis deals with an experimental substantiation of the expediency for using thiotriazolinum for the prevention of toxic lesions of myocardium, caused by cytostatic doxorubicine. For the first time was fixed the protective action of thiotriazolinum in terms of doxorubicin and fluoride intoxication, which shows by the dose-dependant decreasing of the toxicness of these preparations. Investigated, that thiotriazolinum prevents the origin of violations in rates of cardiac- and systemic hemodynamics for rabbits with doxorubicin cardiomyopathy. For the first time was gotten convincing proofs in relation to positive influence of medicament оn the processes of energy ensuring of myocardium in terms of toxic action of doxorubicine. Ascertained, that in the mechanisms of cardiotropic action antioxidantive and antitoxic effects are concluding. Prophylactic course introduction of thiotriazolinum prevents the origin of metabolic violations and correlates with positive dynamics оn the microstructure of heart of the experimental animals. Findings substantiate expediency of including of thiotriazolinum in schemes of treatment anthracyclinic antibiotics taking into account cardioprotective and adaptation actions.
