The thesis investigates the present- day problem of contemporary pedagogical theory and practice - development of moral and aesthetical vaslues among teenagers by the means of the world art masterpieces. The level of elaborationof moral aesthetic value scale of pupils in modern schools as well as the criteria of defining the children's moral and aesthetical orientations have been determined. Their indexes and levels have been outlined. The analysis of pedagogical, philosophical and aesthetical literature and also literature on fine arts, as well as practical experience and its generalization allowed of outline and verify the pedagogical conditions of development of moral and aesthetic values among teenagers by the means of education through the world art masterpieces. The methods of development of moral and aesthetic values among teenagers by the means of education through the world art masterpieces has been applined in extracurricular educational activities. The results of the research show that the methods of development of moral and aesthetic values among teenagers by the means of education through the world art masterpieces applined in school education process favoured the positive dynamics of numerical and qualitative figures of the teenagers' moral orientations.
