Svetlova G. "The formation of the economic and social institution of non-state pension providing in Ukraine"

Object of research: process of formation of not state provision pensions system of the population of Ukraine. The purpose of dissertational work is perfection of theoretical and methodical bases of formation of social and economic institute of not state provision of pensions and development of scientific - practical recommendations on realization of corporate pension system. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, a method of the system analysis, a method of the logic analysis, a method of the complex analysis and comparison, economic - statistical methods.Theoretical results: will consist in development of theoretical and scientific - methodical bases of formation of social and economic institute of not state provision of pensions and its functioning in system of social protection of the population. Practical results: will consist in an opportunity of use of scientific - methodical positions of the dissertation for management of pension obligations of a corporate pension fund,development and introduction of pension schemes of the enterprise, at definition of prospects and ways of introduction of not state provision of pensions during development of regional strategy of social and economic development. Scientific novelty: for the first time: scientific - methodical approaches to creation of corporate pension system are developed; basic elements of managerial process are determined by pension obligations of the enterprise; it is advanced: concept of system of a provision of pensions of the population; concept of corporate pension funds; classification of risks of activity of not state pension funds; have got the further development: definition of preconditions of practical realization of multicomponent model of a provision of pensions; conceptual bases of reforming of pension system. Degree of introduction: results of research are used in practical activities in Alushta City Council; Pension Fund Deportment of Alushta; Open Society "Yasinovatski Machine Bbuilding Factory"; Joint-Stock Company "Novokramatorsk a Machine-Building Factory", and also in educational process at the Kharkov Institute of Business and Management.
