Manoylo N. Development of World-View Motivated Sense of Justice: a Socio-Philosophical Discourse

A research object is sense of justice as socially-spiritual foundation of civil society. Purpose of research – substantiation world view certain method of functioning of sense of justice, due to what she will be realized as spiritually-practical method of man’s activity in society which acquires quality of civil. Research methods are dialectical, system, principle of organic unity of social philosophy and philosophy of history. Theoretical results and novelty – the picture is first deep of world view types of consciousness. It is led to that spiritually-motivational publicly-practical space of sense of justice is determined by the rich in content constituents of mythology. Practical results and novelty - stopped gaps in research of the phenomenon of sense of justice. An object and degree of introduction is the found out publicly-practical problems of forming of world view certain sphere of motivation of conduct. Efficiency of introduction is subsequent scientific development of theoretical bases of research of problem of sense of justice. The sphere of the use is an educational process, state policy in relation to forming of sense of justice of citizens of the Ukrainian state.
