Kornienko A. Education of the teenagers' national self-consciousness in the out-of-school educational institutions.

The thesis is devoted to study of the pedagogical conditions of the upbringing of the teenagers' national self-consciousness in the out-of-school educational institutions. The philosophical, psychological and pedagogical works of this problem are analyzed. The essence of notion "national self-consciousness" are defined more exactly and such notions as "nation", "ethnos", "self-consciousness", "identification" are analyzed. The criteria and levels of the upbringing of the teenagers' national self-consciousness are created. The groups of the decorative and applied arts of the out-of-school educational institutions are the most effectiveness social and cultural areas for the upbringing of the teenagers' national self-consciousness. The forms and methods of the educational work with pupils of the out-of-school educational institutions and pedagogical conditions of their realization are determined and experimentally tested in the thesis. The effectiveness of the pedagogical conditions is created and experimentally tested. The number of pupils of the experimental group with high level of the national self-consciousness increased because of the pedagogical conditions is realized in the educational process of the out-of-school educational institutions. The educational methods of the upbringing of the teenagers' national self-consciousness in the out-of-school educational institutions are created and proved scientifically.
