Models and methods of management the organizational projects' quality (on the example of mechanical engineering enterprises). The main object of this work is to develop the models and the methods of improving the management organizational projects' quality of the project-orientated enterprises in the engineering sphere. Research methods: the system analyzed method, the mathematics models, the project management methods, the experts’ methods. Scientific results: To attain this aim a task to create instruments – models and methods of improving the management of the organizational projects' quality on the basis of strategic model of management by the quality was set. It makes possible to improve the processes of management the projects' quality, to solve the problem aspects of management, to optimize the projects' quality expenses, to reduce the time of planning and making management decisions concerning the quality. The models of management the project's processes quality by means of the processes cost on the basis of the Deming's modified cycle was developed. The model of influence of the quality norm/competitiveness on the configuration of the organizational project was formed. The method of optimization of costs-quality-profit rate was improved by means of the functional – value analysis. The method of evaluation of institutional base of management the project-oriented enterprise along with outlining and classification of the main criteria of evaluation the quality of the organizing structure was developed.. The branch of use is management the organizational projects' quality of different Ukrainian branches.
