Tokarchuk T. Mathematical models of the regulation of the regional financial-economic policy of Ukraine

Financial-economic processes and regulation of the financial and economic development of the regions in the condition of the economic in transformation. Elaboration of the conception, creation on this base the methods of the quantitative estimation and the system of the mathematical models of financial and economics policy regulation aimed to the financial equalization of the regions and the stimulation of their economic growth. The place and role of the regulation of the financial-economic relations for the support of social and innovation components of the development at the regional level has been investigated. It was proposed the system of the economic-mathematical models supporting the decision making of the financial stimulation of the economic development at the regional level with due regard for heterogeneity of their development which contribute to increase the quality, reliability and efficiency of the decisions making with the aim of the regulation of the financial-economic policy for steady economic development of the political subdivisions. It was proposed the methods of the distribution of the investment grand's according to the sector's priorities allow for detailed demand of each political subdivisions and stimulate effective regulation of the regional development. It was worked in practice the propositions concerning the analysis of the influence of the financial-budget regulation on the social and economic development of the regions, stimulation of their economic growth.
