Essay

Object of research: the fractures and other surgical pathology of tubular bones in dogs. The purpose of research - to substantiate a pathogenetic role of a macrocirculatory hemostasis in development of bones surgery pathologies in dogs and the correction of its fractures. Methods of research: clinical, rentgenological, hematological (hemoglobin, erythrocytes, leucocytes, platelets), hemostasiological (fibrinogen, delusion fibrin, activity of the factor XІІІ, prothrombin time, antithrombin-III, fibrinolysis, integral proteolytic activity, the content of ?1-inhibitor of proteinases and ?2-macroglobulin in blood plasma), hystological. Scientific novelty of work: for the first time theoretically, clinically and experimentally it is substantialed a pathogenetic role of a macrocirculation hemostasis at fractures in dogs. Hypercoagulative shifts with various forms and stages of DIC was developed at various nosological forms of tubular bones pathology. It is offered: the using of Tiotriazolinum and Natrium nucleinatum after an osteosynthesis is clinically and experimentally proved. It is introduced: obtained results are used in educational process, at studying "General and special veterinary surgery", at scientific investigations (Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University, Odessa State Agrarian University, National Agrarian University, Sumy National Agrarian University, State Agroecology University, Lviv National Veterinary Medicine and biotechnology University by the name of Gzhitskiy) and practice of the veterinary medicine.
