Kharlamova G. The economic and mathematical modelling of the investment potential of Ukraine under globalization

Monitoring of economic space of Ukraine is organized for economic and mathematical modeling of the investment potential of Ukraine under globalization. It is made and checked forecast of investment activity of Ukraine by means of methods of the mechanical smoothing of short-termed dynamic rows that were adapted for this. Macroeconometric models are constructed to value the impact of foreign direct investments on leading indexes of social-economic development of the state-recipient. For study of the heterogeneity of the investment space of Ukraine on regional and industrial level it is offered to use the Herfindal-Hirshman index to concentration. The complex approach is offered to determinate the "investment climate" - as a system of the conditions of investment activity in state, that integral including such forming: investment potential, investment risks and investment activity of region, types of economic activity, branches of industry of the state. The method of the complex estimation of investmentattractiveness of region, types to economic activity, and branches of industry of Ukraine is developed. The complex of the offers on improvement of politic attractions of FDI in Ukraine is proposed: "maximization of the advantages - minimization of the damage".
