Slavina O. Voluntary personal insurance: social-economic risks and chances

The study analysis state and essentials of Voluntary Personal Insurance (VPI) as effective method to motivate and socially protect industrial workers. Based on combined scientific approach exercisedк theoretical-methodological and methodical grounds of VPI functionning process and development with respect to social-economic risks and chances as well as evaluating opinions of mining industry workers regarding practice of their attraction to it. The study substantiates new conceptual approach to VPI evaluation, improved structure and classification of social-economic risks and chances as well as carried out combined assessment of economical efficiency of VPI. It also highlights and grounds ways of legal and organizational-economic mechanisms of VPI functioning's improvement with regards not to only economical and social but also psychological factors of reproduction for personnel to satisfy their personal, corporate and civil interests in the field of workers social protection.
