The dissertation is devoted to studying the spread and clinical features of various forms of an inflammation of external ear at dogs, to improvement of their diagnostics by development and approbation of otoscopic and bacteriological methods and also to a clinical-experimental substantiation of methods of medicamentous and surgical therapy.The inflammation of external ear at dogs is a widespread disease. At 135 from 1340 dogs which passed ambulatory survey, the given disease has been revealed. Acute circuit of illness was observed at 24 animals, and for 111 dogs the chronic illness was diagnosed.Див. продовження Продовження 9118 "Реферат"Methods of diagnostics of the inflammation of external ear have been studies: 1) bacteriological investigation of the exudates of external ear that allows to define precisely the activator of inflammatory process; 2) otoscopic investigation of external acoustic meatus that allows to determine organic changes of tissues.Efficiency of conservative and surgical therapyofthe chronic inflammation of external ear which assumes the pathogeneticaly and etiologically proved treatmen considering the complex survey and individual approach. Such therapy allows to achieve the greater efficiency, full recovering of sick animals and prolongation of persistent remission at frequent relapsing forms of illness.
