Found correlation between state of vesicularis ovarian follicle, electric resistance of mucouse membrane cranial section of vulvae, content of reproductive hormones', indexes of moving activity before insemination and fertilitization of cows. On grounds of this correlations disigned diagnostic-predicted parameters of insemination which obtain by methods of sonography, electrometry, analysis of moving activity and contents of progesterone, estradiol, testosterone in the blood and promote raising of efficiency insemination of cows and prophylactic of unfertilatization. Also designed recommendations for production that help find out optimal time for insemination and predicting of fertilization of high productive cows
