Essay

Thesis is devoted to the problem of creation of the scientifically grounded prognostic model of post-graduate pedagogical establishment with the use of computer technologies for the increasing of management efficiency of the establishment this type. In the thesis a row of administrative activity problems in the In-Service Teachers' Training establishments are selected and the construction of the prognostic model of the management with the use of computer technologies on the basis of the systems approach and its theoretical soundness are grounded. It is defined that the informatization of activity of In-Service Teachers' Training establishment presents the process of integration and systematic use the subjects of management the financial, technical, informative resources, networks, ideas and needs subsequent development. Administrative tasks which need primary introduction in the activity of the In-Service Teachers' Training establishment and its subsystems after directions of its activity on thecomputer technique are generalized and selected of. The following requirements to introduction are selected: a comprehensiveness, plenitude and systematic character of using of computer technologies. The essence of effectiveness conditions of computer technologies in the management of educational establishment is exposed. The composition, structure and criteria of efficiency of prognostic model are defined and grounded. The row of computer-assisted administrative tasks as model elements are determined and the proper them programmatic modules are created. The estimation of management efficiency on the basis of factor criteria model which on basis of qualimetry methods was carried out and developed. The developed model have been experimental proved and their effectivness is confirmed. As the result methodological recommendations for leaders of the In-Service Teachers' Training establishment concerning the developed model usage are being worked out.
