Popova N. Organizational-Methodological Basements of General Education Institutions Director's Management Work in Region Consultative Ensuring

Thesis devoted to organizational-methodological basements of general education institutions director's management work in region consultative ensuring development problem. In dissertational research, at base of theoretical analysis of education institution director's management activity when management consulting applies, the model of regional consulting service at post-diploma pedagogical education institution and district methodical offices were developed and theoretically substantiated. This model consists of four components: conceptual; motivational; contential and operation technological. This model's application to regional post-diploma education system proved to increasing of educational institutions' directors' professional competence efficiency and school educational works at well. In thesis methodical recommendations for IPPO and district methodical offices employers were developed together with special course "Management Consulting in Pedagogical Employers' Post-Diploma Education System".
