Essay

In this dissertation research there are substantiated theoretic-methodical and organization-pedagogical grounds of expert estimation of secondary schools. There are described main tendencies of the development of pedagogical examination and rather it's applied aspect - the expert estimation. There are analyzed the structural elements of expert estimation from the positions of system and activity approach. There are considered modern models of estimation of teaching and educational activity at the secondary schools. Two main approaches have been singled out to the interpretation and estimation of efficiency and effectiveness of school's activity. There has been created model of expert estimation of teaching and educational activity of secondary schools. The concept of its structure is reasoned by the range of regulations and principles' system. Each block of the model is introduced with a range of modules, in which there has been entered the content of administrative algorithms of estimation. The efficiency and effectiveness of the methods of organization and pedagogical grounds of expert estimation of secondary schools has been experimentally confirmed.
