Murovana N. Pedagogical management of Music teachers' professional competence development

The thesis is devoted to a problem of pedagogical management of Music teachers' professional competence development in the system of post-graduate education. The contents of the terms "teachers' professional competence" and "pedagogical management of teachers' professional competence development" are specified. The structure, content and the evaluation criteria of the components of Music teachers' professional competence are defined, as well as the stages and levels of pedagogical management of Music teachers' professional competence development in the institutes of post-graduate pedagogical education. The system of pedagogical management of Music teachers' professional competence development in the institutes of post-graduate pedagogical education is developed and theoretically grounded. The procedure of the experiment is described, the results of the research are analyzed, the methodological recommendations of pedagogical management of Music teachers' professional competence development in the institutes of post-graduate pedagogical education are formulated.
