Essay

The subject of research - physiological-biochemical processes in organism and fertility of rabbits under different keeping conditions and depending on the level and ways of feeding. The purposes of research - to find out the succession of physiological-biochemical processes in blood and tissues of rabbits' separate organs in different age periods, particular qualities of their fertility development depending on the time of suckling period of yang rabbits, level and ways of feeding, as well as to work out recommendations for improving of rabbit-raising technology. The methods of research and equipment - hematologic, physiological, biochemical, clinical, photoelectronic calorimeter, gas-flow chromatograf "Chrom-5", spectrumphotometr SPK - 115. The theoretical and practical results of research, scientific novelty - we studied the influence of different time periods of yang rabbits suckling keeping (till 30, 45, 0 and 90 days) on physiological-biochemical processes in their organism and found out the mechanism of creation of its immunobiological responsiveness in this period. It was established the high biological value of milk of doe-rabbits during 75 days of lactation period and the dynamics of changes in its chemical and fatty-acid composition during the above mentioned period. It was received new experimental data on biological and productive action of lysine-protein additive under its separate and combined feeding together with cadmium sulfate of yang rabbits during their first 130 days of life. It was tested the scheme and dose of this additive portioning under extended contents of cadmium in rabbits ration, it is found out biological value and quality of rabbit meat as well. The level of application - the materials of dissertation are used in study processes in the department "Production technologies of small livestock farming" of S.G.Gzhytsky Lviv national university of veterinary and biotechnology in course of production technologies of small livestock farming and in department "Livestock farming" ofLviv State agrarian university in course "Animal philology and production technologies of livestock farming". The developed recipe of pelleted combined feed is used in rations of the farms "Krolivnyk" in Radekhivsky and "Berezyna" in Mykolaevsky districts of Lviv region. The field of applicationis - animal breeding, rabbit-raising, veterinary medicine, рhysiology of man and animals.
