Essay

Research object: hydrolytic processes in digestive organs tissues depending on alimentary factors and T-2 toxine action. Research purpose: to establish the adaptive character of hydrolytic enzymes activity of hen’s digestive organs under different feed ingredients of ration use and experimental T-2 toxicosis. Research methods and equipment: physiological, biochemical, clinical, statistical; photoelectronic calorimeter, spectrumphotometr SP – 115. The theoretical and practical results of research, scientific novelty: it was first established adaptive character of hydrolases activity of hen’s digestive organs depending on different alimentary factors, in particulary also toxic actions. Phase and stade character of adaptive changes of digestive enzymes activity in different tissues of small intestine, pancreas and liver of hens depending on feed components and T-2 toxine action, was established. It was first shown that investigated hydrolases of liver tissue are most active under toxic factor (T-2 toxine) action, but small intestine content and mucous enzymes are most active under feed factor action. It was established organ-tissue peculiarities of hydrolytic enzymes activity in small intestine, pancreas and liver depending on T-2 toxine introduction in hen organism. Subject and degree of providing: on base of study of hydrolytic processes in hen's digestive organs depending on alimentary factors was proposed use in rations composition: in standart – yeast Phaffia rhodozyma biomass, in barley-fodder beans enzyme preparations “Rovabio” and “Natuphos” barley-fodder beans-rapecake – sulfur-containing aminoacids and iodine additions. Methodic base for astimation of T-2 toxine influence on poultry digestive system was designed. Proposed: to introduce 0,05 g/kg of enzyme preparates “Rovabio” “Natuphos”, 2 % of east Phaffia rhodozyma biomass instead of 2 % of feed yeast in composition of barley-fodder beans ration, to change half of DL-methionine in composition of barley-fodder beans-rapecake ration on sodium sulfate and in crease to 33 % iodine content. Introduced: in association “Westagroproduct” v. Sokoliv of Ternopil region, Ukraine The field of applicationis: poultry, veterinary medicine, physiology of man and animals.
