The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and empirical research creative at the future managers of the organization, and also to formation and development of creative potential in students-managers during their professional training in higher educational establishment. As a result of the analysis of the psychological literature it has been established, that research of the given problem is actual as creative the future managers influences efficiency of administrative activity. The basic approaches in research of a creative component of the person are certain, factors of creative potential and his structural elements are revealed. Influence of creative potential on efficiency of administrative activity is experimentally proved. The program of development of creative potential at the future managers of the organization is developed. Ways of optimization of preparation of students-managers to administrative activity are certain. Practical realization of results of research is displayed in the organization of educational process in the Kharkov institute of economy of market attitudes and management.
