In the dissertation the problem of humanistic values education of initial classes' pupils in extra-curricula activities is investigated. The research is executed on the basis of individually focused technologies and axiological studies, as the dominating philosophical idea. The scientific interpretation of such key concepts as humanistic values, initial school, its pupils, senzitive period of their ontogenetic development, extra-curricula activities is made. Pedagogical conditions, contents, forms and methods of children effective education of humanistic values is researched; the integrated program of humanistic values education in pupils of initial classes "Bringing up of humane individuality" is worked out, checked experimentally up and offered. Positive results of integrated program approbation of the humanistic values education in pupils of initial school received in the course of the experimental research have testified its efficiency. Results of the research have been involved in teaching - educational process of pedagogical high educational establishments, in practice of initial school work.
