The thesis is devoted to the problem of formation of junior pupils' moral-ethical values by the means of the Ukrainian ethnology. Philosophical, psychological and pedagogical aspects of research problem are analyzed. The essence and structure of the moral-ethical values are revealed. The criteria and indices of formed junior pupils' moral-ethical values by the ethnology's means are founded. The effectiveness of matter, forms and methods of formation of junior pupils' moral-ethical values during the process of primary school's education and upbringing work and pedagogical interaction of parents and teachers are experimentally tested.
