Kirkova N. Modeling of pricing services of enterprises of sanatoria and health resort sphere.

In the dissertation there was developed the conception of the optimum system of pricing services of enterprises of sanatoria and health resort on the basis of complete differentiation of prices and services, which is based on principles of system approach and allows to solve fully a problem of pricing. There was built a complex of models which includes: a model of the optimum pricing in the period of maximal demand on the basis of differentiation of prices for the proper services, which allows to increase the efficiency of sanatoria and health resort enterprises' activity in the competitive environment; model of optimum activity of sanatoria and health resort enterprises in the period of off-season, which enables not only to increase income but also to get a positive social effect; model of rational management of financial flows of enterprises with a seasonal character of income, which allows to decrease the negative influence of seasonality and get an additional income. There were further developed the principles of pricing on the basis of differentiating services and taking a consideration the influence of competitive environment in industries, which allow an enterprise to take into account the markets characteristics and customers advantages.
