Object is an emotional and expressive speech activity of senior preschool children. The purpose is to specify and scientifically ground pedagogical conditions of formation of emotional and expressive speech of senior preschool children in the process of artistic works perception and experimentally test it. Methods are theoretical, empirical, pedagogical experiment, and statistical. Novelty: for the first time influence of the content of artistic works perception - reproductions of artistic works on formation of emotional and expressive speech of senior preschool children has been analysed; meaning of the terms "emotional and expressive speech", "emotional and expressive means of speech" has been defined; the criteria, indicators and levels of formation of emotional and expressive speech of senior preschool children in the process of artistic works perception have been characterized; pedagogical conditions of effective formation of emotional and expressive speech of senior preschool children have been determined; coherent stages and regularities of formation of emotional and expressive speech of senior preschool children in the process of artistic works perception were described. Results: the methodological issues of formation of emotional and expressive speech of senior preschool children in the process of artistic works perception - reproductions of artistic works have been practically elaborated; thesauruses of emotional and expressive speech: verbal and poetic demonstrative means for reproductions of artistic works have been selected. Effectiveness of innovation - high. Area - pedagogical, high schools, preschool educational institutions.
