Yakutova O. Modeling of dynamics of the ecologically balanced economy.

Dissertation is devoted subsequent development of theoretical, methodological and methodical approaches in the modeling of dynamics of the economic systems in view of ecological-economic balance. The problems of transition of the economic systems on sustainable development and necessity of construction of dynamic economic-mathematical models in view of of ecological-economic balance are analyzed. The row of models of optimum economic growth of the ecologically balanced economy is developed, that economy which develops in the conditions of possible ecological limitations. On the basis of these models the models of growth are built taking in view of ecological balance and the rate of indirect taxation, and also proper model of growth with a linear production function. The method of construction and analysis of dynamic production functions in the case of ecological-economic interaction, and the functional and structural models of dynamic ecological-economic functions are offered. The model of the optimumdistributing of investments is developed in the dynamic ecological-economic system. The algorithmic and programmatic providing of the offered models and their uses in experimental researches and monitoring tasks are created.
