Menshyh E. The Peculiarities of the Neurodynamics and Cognitive Functions of the Senior Schoolchildren with Different Level of Physical Development

The thesis is devoted to the investigation of the neurodynamics and cognitive functions of the senior schoolchildren with different level of the physical development. The functional mobility and the nervous processes power, sense-motor reactivity on mental loadings of various complex level, memory and attention were investigated among the boys and girls aged 13-16 with the different level of the physical development in the longitude experiment. The methods for the integral estimation of the psychophysical development among the boys and girls aged 13-16 were elaborated according to correlation and factor analysis between the physical development, neurodynamics and cognitive properties of the pupils' organism; five levels were presented: high, higher middle, middle, lower middle, low. The quantity and quality criteria were recommended, as well as count algorithms in points as to each investigated psychophysiological property and gender-age group. The correlation of study success and integral index of pupils' psychophysical development was found. The persons with high psychophysical development level were characterized with high study success. The physical development level, the main nervous processes properties, sense-motor and cognitive functions make the basis of pupils' study activity.
