Voropaiev D. Optimization of psychophysiological state of teenagers in terms of an educational institution.

The thesis presents a theoretical synthesis and solution of scientific problems in understanding the essence of the concept of "psycho-physiological state" (PPS). The choice of leading indicators of psychophysiological state was substantiated in the thesis. The general algorithm of integrated assessment of psychophysiological state that revealed the level of PPS adolescents was offered. The features of the dynamics of psychophysiological state of teenagers in terms of an educational institution during the school year were studied. An optimization program that provided psycho-physiological study of teenagers was created and tested. The developed program was successfully implemented in the learning process for teenagers of secondary schools, students, and professors.
