The problem of psychophysiology of the motor аttitude of man is probed in dissertation. Methodological principles of research by the aggregate of methods open up: analysis, correlation and synthesis of such key positions of work, as: motor аttitude are in motive activity; readiness of man to the psychomotorical action; informatively power potential and possibilities of strengthening his external and internal appearance; quantum-mechanical influence by waves of resonance vibrations; normalization of psychophysiological activity of students. The substantive provisions of conception of motor options are selected as an element of the system of psychological options in motive activity of man. Functions of motor options as no other options tell in properties of the system of actions, what opens possibility to measure it exactness of reproducing of motions. Plasticity of motor options shows up in that they are capable: to increase, relax and long time be in a "state of expectation".
