Dissertation is devoted to the study of psychophysiological factors of adaptation of students to teaching in higher educational establishments. The psychophysiological features of the nervous system were investigated. The psychodiagnosis of social-and-psychological indexes of adaptation, motivation, anxiety, level of subjective control was carried out; the functional state of organism of students in obedience to their subjective estimation of feel, activity, mood and also functional state of cerebrum were studied by the method of electro-encephalography. The methods of integral estimation of psychophysiological factors of adaptation are presented. They allow to define the individual level of adaptation of students to teaching in the institute of higher education. The indexes of the state of the nervous system, functional state of cerebrum, motivational sets of students, adaptiveness enter in the complement of these methods. At behavioral level it is reflected in arbitrary control of behavioral reactions, developed aptitude for producting and withholding of the motivational-and-value sets, dynamic and variety of methods of behavior during cooperation with people. Methodical recommendations on optimization of adaptation stability of students to educational activity were worked out. Finding and worked out procedure of research of psychophysiological factors of adaptation of students can be recommended for use for trade education, in practice of the psychological consulting on questions of adaptation to the new terms of teaching.
