Totska O. Economic-Mathematical Modeling of Issue of Products in Food Retail Industry of Ukraine.

In dissertation the production of goods is considered as constituent of the control system by indexes enterprises of food retail industry. The methods of research of issue of food stuffs are analysed. The review of economical-mathematical models of production of goods is conducted. The cluster and factor analysis of production of food stuffs is carried out. The multicriterion optimization model of issue of products of enterprises of food retail industry is developed. The submachine probabilistic-gun model of activity of bread-making enterprise is built. The probability of favourable tendencies for the production of food stuffs is determined. The point models of prognosis of issue of food stuffs are built. The production of goods in food retail industry is foreseen on the basis of fuzzy sets.
