Essay

The subject of dissertation was advisability and benefits of metabolic therapy while using thiotriazoline or trimetazidini in addition to the treatment with metoprololi for patients with ischemic heart disease on a background of hypertension. Determination of clinical-instrumental predictors of treatment efficiency was done separately for trimetazidin and thiotriazoline by step-by-step multifactorial regress. The patients were divided in two groups based on clinical efficiency for thiotriazoline and trimetazidin.
