Bilichenko P. Educational activity of Ukrainian patron Tereshchenko family (second half of the nineteenth century – beginning of the twentieth centuries)

object – an educational inheritance of the Ukrainian patrons Tereschenkiv; goal – a study of theoretical questions and generalization of practical experience of educational activity of Tereschenko family in organization and support educational establishments of the second half XIX – to beginning of XX age; methods – historical retrospective view, comparative- historical and logic-system, analysis, synthesis, generalization and systematization of scientific facts; novelty – analyses essence, task and maintenance of initiatives of Tereschenko family on the two stages of their elucidative activity; results – introduction of conclusions and recommendations in educational-pedagogical process; The achieved scholar generalizations were used as a basis content for a special course on the History of Pedagogy "History and traditions of patronage educational activity in Ukraine"
