To determine perspectives of use of positive Greek experience; methods used in the work are analyses, historical, analytical, comparative analysis; novelty consists of facts that comparative analysis is conducted, genesis is studied, division into periods is worked out, peculiarities of activity are defined, ways of use of positive experience are shown; results are used in study, they can be used in course, degree and master works
