Essay

Object of research: physiological basis of correlation and stipulation of reproduction and lacto genesis processes, dynamics of reproductive cycle in cows giving high yields of milk. Purpose of research: the aim was the following: to clarify physiological basis of correlation and stipulation of repro-duction and lactogenesis processes, to determine reasons of disturbances and work out complex of correction and prophylaxis of sterility of cows giving high yields of milk. Methods of research: clinical (obstetrical and gynaecologi-cal clinical examination), hematological, biochemical, morphological, bacteriological. Scientific novelty: For the first time there were grounded physiological basis of correlation and stipulation of repro-duction processes and lactogenesis in high - yielding cows. It was proved that intensive increase in productivity during first months after calving depresses or even slows down reproductive function in cows that to long lasting period between calving. There was studied the dynamics of reproductive cycle in high producing cows fading and conditions are change-able and there established disturbances in some of its areas calving, period after calving, estral cycle. For the first time there were resealed some aspecy of pathogenesis of pathology during calving and diseases of uterus, functional disturbances of ovaries. There were confirmed meaning and practical expedi-ency of systematic obstetrical and gynaecologial clinical examination as effective methods of revealing of reproductive cycle disturbances and prophylaxis of sterility in high producing cows. Degree of introduction: For rhythmic reproduction of dairy cows we recommend: 1. Obstetrical and gynecological clinical examination of cows to determine their physiological condition and rea-sons of sterility should be carried out every four months. 2. Under conditions of obstetrical pathology it is advisable to use sacral-epidural block of the uterus and intravenous injections of 0,5% Novocain solution in the doze of 150-200 ml, prepared on physiological solution with addition of 50-60 OD oxytocyn and repeated injection after 72 hours; unspecific therapy - autohemotherapy, or 30-50 ml of aseptically obtained colostrum which should be injected under the skin or intramuscular; symptomatic therapy - intrauterine injections of combined emulsions of antibio-tics and sulphanilamid preparations in the doze of 75-100 ml after the release of the uterus from inflammatory exudation.
