Thesis is devoted to the experimental research of influence of narcotic analgesics and nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs on the anaesthetic activity of aminoglycosides and convulsive effects of fluoroquinolons. Gentamicin didn't exponentiated anaesthetic activity of diclofenac natrium, nimesulide and celecoxib, but it raised analgesia of tramadol in the dose 15 mg/kg at the model "electrostimulation of rat tail". The combined introduction of gentamicin with tramadol in the dose of 15 mg/kg changed the limen of analgesic activity almost as tramadol in the dose of 20 mg/kg. Gentamicin and moxifloxacin demonstrated prooxidant properties which were graded by antioxidant properties of tramadol in the departments of brain (cortex, hippocampus) for one and course introduction. Thus the most effective and safe combinations of analgesics and NSAIDs with antibiotics were determined experimentally for further clinical researches.
