Hassan A. Pharmaceutical experimental study for Lipophilic of Soya extract and GEXAFAN ointment

This dissertation contains materials in experimental study for Lipophilic of Soya extract "LSE" and GEXAFAN ointment which contain "LSE". During the severe inflammation caused by Karagenine, Zimozan and Formaline, "LSE" with a doze of 4 ml/kg, showed strong anti-inflammatory effect, which lowered the mediators of the prostaglandine and the Leukotrien systems. Further, "LSE" on experimental laboratory animals, shows vessels contracting and membrane stabilization effects. While during the test of severe Tetrachlormetane Hepatitis, "LSE" shows also antioxidant, hepatic protection and anti cytolysis effects in comparison of SILIBOR with 50 mg/kg. As to the GEXAFAN ointment, it shows its therapeutic effect on any skin wounds (allergic, burn, cut) by two times the therapeutic effect of VUNDEKHIL ointment. The new combined GEXAFAN wound heeling ointment, shows also in testing, that it is non toxic and does not show any local rashes, allergic and skin absorption effects.
