Mashyka Y. Territorial organization of employment in the condition of structural reconstruction of the regional economy

Research object is processes of forming of employment of population of the Zakarpattya region and mechanisms of its adjusting. Aim is a ground of theoretical, methodical and practical principles of achievement of productive employment of population in the conditions of deepening of market reforms, becomings of many-modes economy, perfections of territorial mechanisms of adjusting of labour relations. Methods: statistical-economic, comparative analysis, economic-mathematical design. Results: spatial structuring of subregional labour-markets is first carried out, segmentation of local labour-markets is improved on a demographic and professionally qualifying sign and their dominant descriptions are found out. Use: in activity of Main Administration of Economy of Zakarpattya Regional State Administration, in the educational process of the State University of Zakarpattya.
