Essay

The dissertation is devoted to researching of therapeutical effectivity and peculiarities of neuroprotective activity of glicine and its combinations under conditions of cerebral ischemia. Тhe researching of neuropharmacological profile shows on the prescence at glicine antihypoxic and antiamnestic activity. on the models of brain circulation breaches neuroprotective activity of glicine, magnesium chloride and GABA combination with work name "Magnelong" under intra-abdomenal introduction to experimental animals is proved.
