Essay

Problem of regional anesthesia advancing was studied on white rats. It was observed that anesthetic and analgetic effect of local anesthetics lidocaine and bupivacaine under intratecal injection to the spinal cord was depended from the dose and pathological model (laparotomy). It was indicated the efficiency and safety of regional anesthesia increased after application of lidocaine or bupivacaine with clonidine in detecting dose. Neurochemical investigation discovered the changing of the prooxidative-antioxidative balance in the spinal cord under the condition of surgical trauma on different experimental models. Combination of local anesthetics with clonidine had better effect on correction of lipid peroxidation processes and antioxidative gluthation system station.
