Grysha O. Management of innovative projects potential of creative on the basis of playing models

Ph.D. thesis deals with a decision of scientifically - practical problem of process management creative potential optimization by innovative projects. Research goal is to increase in efficiency of innovative projects in the field of IT by a command creative potential management. Research methods: management in area of information technologies, systems analysis methods, mathematical statistics design and methods, discrete optimization methods, game theory, simulation techniques. Scientific results: the model of novelty factor effect on structural risks realization is developed (base operational schedule changes) in innovative projects; game simulation model of innovative project in area of information technologies realization with taking into account a command creativity; game method of creative potential project command management on the minimum time implementation criterion with the set probability (optimization of the resource distributing mixed strategy). The traditional process of a priori operational schedule and term of implementation is improved for an innovative project. A case projects frame got further development for the innovative projects taking into account a novelty factor effect on the structural vagueness risks on the planning and monitoring phases. Introduction is confirmed the use a management projects method software taking into account the task novelty for personnel at implementation of the programmatic systems creation projects.
