Kovalchuk H. Working education of pupils in the educational establishments of Ukraine in the first third of the XX century

In the thesis we try to make a complete historical-pedagogical analysis of the working education of pupils in the first third part of the XX century in Ukraine. In the context of national education and upbringing tasks realisation we determine the historical background of the working education in the national-educational field, realisation of the idea of education and productive working connection and search for this problem solving in the period of national-liberation movement (1917-1920 years). The pedagogical basis of educational establishment activity organization on the basis of the "Thesis about the unified working school" are discovered, the accumulated experience of educational establishments of 20-30th years about the organization of the working education and polytechnical education of pupils on the way the transmission from the working school to the polytechnical school is characterised. The methodological aspects of the working education structure and of the polytechnical education and the defects, which hindered and sometimes contradicted the practical realisation of the school polytechnization are examined. We also analyse the stage-by-stage change of the basic educational paradigms: "working school", professionally directed polytechnic school for the "educational school". The main results of the research may be used while teaching of the History of pedagogic and while compiling of the manuals and of methodical manuals.
