Gnatuk V. Antiphlogistic and reparative properties of the suppositories «Pantesin» in base of dexpanthenolum

The dissertation on reception of a scientific degree of the candidate of medical sciences on a speciality 14.03.05 – pharmacology. The Odessa state medical university of Ukraine, Odessa, 2008. Work is devoted to study anti-inflammatory and reparative properties of new rectal suppositories with the conditional name «Pantesin» on the basis of dexpanthenolum. Definitely that suppositories «Pantesin» to relative harmless substances with effective dose 40 mg/kg of weight of a body. It is established that anti-inflammatory properties suppositories «Pantesin» are realized through ability to oppress biogenic amines, ciclooxygenase and lipooxygenase a metabolism arachidone acids; through ability to reduce permeability of a vascular wall, influence on processes of oxidations lipids and redistribution of parameters leucocytes infiltration in a wound. It is proved high reparative activity of suppositories «Pantesin» on models of postoperative aseptic wound of skin and infectious wound of skin. To reparative properties of suppositories «Pantesin» pertains of influence stimulation on synthesis of nucleinic acids, oxyproline and the general protein. Suppositories «Pantesin» showed high efficacy at treatment of experimental sharp proctitis.
