The object - democratic relations "Teacher-Students" in the pedagogical process of secondary school of the second half of the XXth century; the aim - to systematize theoretscal guestions and to generalize the experience of organization of democratic relations "Teacher-Students" on the basis of secondary educational Establishments of Ukraine during the researched period; the methods - generally scientific, historical (compared-historical, historically-structured, historically-tiped, retrospective); the novelty - for the first time the whole analysis of the theory and practice of the democratic relations "Teacher-Students" on the basis of secondary educational Establishments of the second period of the XXth century had been done; the results - little known archives documents were put into operation (114)? The author took part in the organization and carrying out of the sociological test "The image of a modern democratical teacher and a student" with the purpose of getting the idea of educational processabout the level of democratization of relations "Teacher-Students" in modern school.
