Essay

The thesis substantiates experimentally the application of 20 % sulfacyl-guminate efficacy in treatment of traumatic and bacterial diseases of the eye cornea, which considerably exceeds 20 % sodium sulfacyl by the pharmacological properties and bioregulation effect. Established on the culture of the kidney cells of the human embryo RH (in vitro) that 20 % sulfacyl-guminate possesses protective action, decreasing the toxicity of sodium sulfacyl for the cells of the monolayer and twice decreasing a quantity of pathologic forms of mitoses. 20 % sulfacyl-guminate is revealed to have the most expressed antimicrobic action by increasing the diameter of growth retarding zones of the standard strains of the microorganisms Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 F-49, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853 F-51, E.coli ATCC 25922 in comparison with a reference-drug - 20 % sodium sulfacyl. The safe of 20 % sulfacyl-guminate was proved too. The antiinflammatory and regenerative effect of 20 % sulfacyl-guminate was revealedat the modeling of bacterial and traumatic keratitis, so decreases the treatment's duration in 1,5-2 days in comparison with the reference-preparation. The application of 20 % sulfacyl-guminate pocesses the normalization of some ferments activity in blood plasma and rabbit's cornea in case of bacterial keratitis. There is revealed its membranotropic effect on the cornea lysosomes.
