Object of research: processes of management by coal producer in the conditions of restructuring. Purpose of research: development of methods and models of increase of efficiency of management by coal producer in the conditions of restructuring. Methods of research: systems approach, re-engineering, probabil-ity and mathematical statistics theory, set theory, deci-sion-making theory in the conditions of vagueness, neurons networks, theory of the difficult systems and information's technologies, methods of mathematical and economic statistics. Results: conception of design of process of management by coal producer is devel-oped in the conditions of restructuring; model of proc-ess of estimation of probability of the state of coal pro-ducer in the conditions of restructuring; model of esti-mation of efficiency of work of the control system by coal producer; method of multidimensional prognosti-cation of the state of enterprise of coal industry; struc-ture of the data-analytical control system by coal pro-ducer in the conditions of restructuring.
